— HOW CAN WE HELP? —
Mt. Hood Adult Day Center provides supervised care while assisting with activities of daily living. We work with adult participants of all ages. Our care team is able to assist with medication reminders, mobility challenges, feeding, dietary support, personal care and behavioral support.
Our beautiful setting enables the participant to relax and enjoy a comfortable and fulfilling day. When the mind is stimulated in a nurturing environment wonderful things can happen. At Mt. Hood Adult Day Center it is our goal to allow our participants to remain as independent as possible, while working together to encourage a secure and supportive environment.
Mt. Hood Adult Day Center provides opportunities for socialization, emotional support, physical advancements, intellectual stimulation and spiritual growth. We work with families and care homes, to ensure each participant has an individual action plan to enable them to function at the height of their capabilities.
Mt. Hood Adult Day Center serves indiviuals in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas.
Whether a full day or just the afternoon, our programs are designed to fit your needs
We’re open weekdays 9am—5pm.
Our services are far less than the cost of assisted living facilities and home health care.
We feature an assortment of activites focusing on cognitive stimulation, socialization and leisure activities.
As a matter of principal and policy, your first day’s visit is free of charge. We are confident that you’ll be back when you experience our dedication to a safe and enriching day center.
— SUPPORT GROUPS —
Mt. Hood Adult Day Center offers a moderated private space for caregivers to meet. Share a success or get resolution to an issue in a safe environment with other caregivers that can relate to what you are going through.
While at the meeting Mt. Hood Adult Day Center staff will look after your loved one and provide them with a hot lunch for a $25 fee.
Caregiver Support Group meets 1st & 3rd Thursdays 11am-1pm

— FINANCE —
Mt. Hood Adult Day Center offers both a half day and full day rates:
– 4 Hours or Less $100.00
– 5 Hours or More $125.00
Mt. Hood Adult Day Center is committed to the highest quality care at the most affordable price.
Several payment options are available, including county, Medicaid, state and federal financial assistance, as well as long term insurance coverage.
